What are the responsibilities of a clinical dietitian?
The clinical dietitian as a member of the ANAPLASIS Cross-Sectoral Rehabilitation Team,
- evaluates the patient’s medical history
- takes a detailed dietary history in order to record the patient’s eating habits.
- assesses the current nutritional status, which is confirmed by measuring body weight
- through robotic beds,
- with a state-of-the-art scale integrated into a wheelchair and
- with a professional, state-of-the-art lipometer.
