What is the purpose of neurophysiological testing?
The purpose of neurophysiological testing is to investigate and diagnose neurological diseases, such as:
- motor neuron disease,
- cervical radiculitis,
- lumbar radiculopathy,
- polyneuropathies,
- carpal tunnel syndrome)
and diseases of the muscles, such as,
- myasthenia,
- myopathies.
